What’s the story?

Liberty First Radio, (or LFR or Liberty 1st Radio), is an independent, specialist internet station founded in May 2012, (Armed Forces Day), by two Passionate Ex-Military Men, (Veterans). We Founded This Station As our way of giving back, and to say "Thank-You" to those wo have worn the Cloth of our Nation, (USA)!  

We are on air 24 hours a day, 7 hours a week and are listened to in 92% of countries in the world with an average base of approximately 15,000 listeners – an extraordinary achievement for a new digital station with no marketing budget. The growth has been organic and purely by word of mouth!

Liberty First Radio, (Formally Honor Veterans Radio), has an avowed Internationalist outlook and the station programming policy reflects that.

The station showcases a broad sweep of musical styles, (Most All Family-Friendly Musical Genre's are Represented on The Station).

Who We Are:  Liberty First Radio, (Formally: Honor Veterans Radio), Was Launched by 2 Compassionate Ex-Military Men, as their way of appreciating, Giving Back, And Saying a Huge "Thank You" to all those that have worn the cloth of our Nation!

1. Earl L. Hayes: US Navy (1981-84 Honorable) -
*Operated Ships Store onboard the USS Sampson DDG-10 (Decommissioned).
2. Roderick (Rod) Rotzien: US Army Tank Division

We are a Family-Friendly, Multi-Genre Internet Radio Station, Launched on Armed Forces Day in May of 2012, and has grown ever since. Dedicated to our Nations Troops, Veterans,  First Responders, Essential Workers, and All Educators  in the US Educational System. God Bless Them All for the Incredible, yet sometimes dangerous Jobs they do each and every day.

We'd like to help bring our Listeners right up front to where the action and interest is. We are a world wide station, with listeners all over the globe, as well as many, many Hollywood celebrities as well.
